To do this, return to your order in the "My account" section of the site. You can then fill in the form and request a return. Alternatively, contact us and we will then issue you with a returns number.
We recommend that you return your goods by recorded delivery as a receipt is not proof of shipping. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We will not be responsible for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty, in which case the postage costs will be refunded by us.
Personalised goods
We regret we cannot offer a refund on personalised orders unless it is as a result of our mistake. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We will write to you by email to confirm receipt of your goods and refund details.
International returns
If returning an item from outwith the European Union and to avoid paying unnecessary export taxes make sure the customs declaration paperwork is carefully completed. When labelling the package please mark it as "returned unwanted GB merchandise" with no value on the customs declaration to make sure no duty or tax is charged, as any taxes charged to Elspeth Gardner will be deducted from the value of the refund. If the charges are higher than the refund amount then the package will not be accepted. If you have any questions about this please contact us for advice.
